Terms of Service
By booking a detail with Cabin Restore Detailing, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Payment
Payment is due in full when the job is finished. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Pre-Existing Damage
Cabin Restore Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, tears, fading, or worn materials that were present before the detail began.
Results Disclaimer
While we use professional-grade products and techniques, some stains, odors, and pet hair cannot be removed completely. Results depend on the condition, age, and material of your vehicle's interior.
Additional Charges
If your vehicle is significantly dirtier than described or anticipated at the time of booking, we may charge an additional fee to account for the extra time, labor, and materials required. We will always discuss any extra charges with you before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy
We ask that you be available at the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, we may need to reschedule your detail to accommodate other clients.
Weather Rescheduling
As a mobile detailing service, severe weather may require us to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible if weather becomes a concern.
Before-and-After Photos
We may ask your permission to take before-and-after photos of your vehicle's interior for portfolio and marketing use. This is completely optional, and you can decline at any time without affecting your service.
Personal Belongings & Valuables
Cabin Restore Detailing is not responsible for any valuables, personal items, or belongings left inside your vehicle. We expect all personal items to be removed before the detail is started. Please take a moment to clear out your vehicle prior to our arrival.
